Spencer Henson, University of Guelph, Canada Editor-in-Chief of Global Food Security

Spencer Henson is an applied economist whose research focuses on the economics of food safety and quality, and nutrition. He is undertaken research in over 60 countries, including in collaboration with FAO, WHO, World Bank, UNIDO and the CGIAR. He is Editor-in-Chief of the journal Global Food Security.
