Saher Hasnain is an Assistant Professor of Food Systems and Food Studies at Roskilde University, Denmark. Trained as an environmental scientist and geographer, she works on food systems transformation, with particular expertise in food governance, food system resilience, and power dynamics in transformation processes across Global North and South contexts. She currently works on an interdisciplinary portfolio of food systems projects. Previously, Saher was a Researcher with the Food Systems Transformation Group at the University of Oxford's Environmental Change Institute and Education Coordinator for the IFSTAL programme.
