Conference Committee

Julie Sansoulet holds a PhD from AgroParisTech, specialized in soil hydrology / geochemistry for development and a degree in Journalism (École supérieure de Journalisme - Lille).

When she was hired at the CNRS (National Center for Scientific Research) as a research engineer, Julie coordinated aspects related to Outreach and Human Sciences (Communication, Education, Local Knowledge) of projects currently developed within the International Research Laboratory Takuvik (Québec – Canada). During 8 years, she initiated and led a large number of outreach projects in the lab in collaboration with international and multidisciplinary partners.

Since 2020, she joined IRD (French National Research Institut for Sustainable Development) and is responsible for the communication and scientific culture department of the regional delegation Occitanie (Montpellier – France).
